Practices will be held at the Salado ISD Track on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-7:00.

*Younger athletes may run slightly shorter, older athletes may run slightly longer.

NO MIDDLE OR HIGH SCHOOL AGED ATHLETE MAY ATTEND PRACTICES OR MEETS UNTIL THEIR SCHOOL SPORTS SEASONS ARE COMPLETED.

We understand there may be spring/summer schedule conflicts with other activities. We are not limiting participation based on the amount of practices or meets you are able to attend.

As we approach qualifying meets, we may have a few Monday practices if they are deemed necessary.
